Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the app and related services. These Terms form an agreement between you and us regarding your use of the app, website, Bible-related short drama recommendations, video streaming, search, favorites, watch history, advertising, customer support, and related services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, access, register for, or use the app. By downloading, accessing, registering for, watching content on, or continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The app provides Bible-related short drama recommendation and video streaming services, which may include:
- Browsing and streaming Bible stories, faith-themed content, inspirational short dramas, episodes, films, short videos, and related video content.
- Personalized recommendations, popular rankings, category browsing, search, continue-watching, favorites, and watch history.
- Content update reminders, push notifications, in-app messages, activities, and advertising.
- Customer support, feedback, reporting, account management, and other supporting features.
The app's basic viewing service is currently provided for free. As part of the free service, the app may display ads.
We may add, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue certain content or features for business, copyright, technical, compliance, or operational reasons.
2. Acceptance and Changes to These Terms
- By using the app, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other rules we may publish from time to time.
- If these Terms conflict with additional terms for a specific feature, the additional terms for that feature will apply.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted in the app, on our website, or on related pages.
- If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you in a reasonable manner.
- Your continued use of the app after the changes take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
- If you are 13 or older but have not reached the age of majority in your country or region, you should use the app only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents and legal guardians should consider the app's Bible-related short drama content, advertising display, and video viewing context when deciding whether the app is appropriate for minors.
- If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
- If you have previously been suspended or terminated for violating an agreement, law, or platform rule, you may not continue using the app without our permission.
4. Account and Security
If the app provides account features:
- You must provide true, accurate, complete, and current account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account, password, verification codes, and login devices secure.
- You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or lend your account.
- You may not register an account using false information, another person's identity, automated methods, or bulk registration methods.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- If you discover account theft, abnormal login activity, or any other security issue, you should contact us promptly.
If we reasonably suspect that your account involves violations, fraud, security risks, long-term inactivity, or breach of these Terms, we may restrict features, suspend login, remove content, or terminate the account.
5. Devices, Network, and Usage Costs
- You are responsible for preparing the device, operating system, network connection, and other conditions required to use the app.
- Video streaming consumes network data and device resources. Any related fees charged by your network operator or service provider are your responsibility.
- For a more stable playback experience, we recommend using the app in a lawful, stable, and secure network environment.
- You understand that device compatibility, system version, network conditions, regional restrictions, or third-party service status may affect playback quality and feature availability.
6. Bible-Related Content Notice
The app may include Bible stories, religious figures, faith themes, spiritual inspiration, moral themes, or related dramatized expressions.
- The content is intended for general viewing, entertainment, learning, reflection, and inspiration. It does not constitute professional theological advice, religious instruction, psychological counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or other professional advice.
- Short drama content may be dramatized or adapted from Bible stories or related themes, and may not fully match any particular Bible translation, denominational interpretation, or theological position.
- You should use your own judgment, taking into account your personal circumstances, family background, faith tradition, and local legal and cultural context.
- We do not require users to declare their religious beliefs, and we do not determine a user's religious identity based on whether the user watches or does not watch any category of content.
7. Advertising Service Notice
The app's basic viewing service is currently provided for free. To support the continued operation of the service, you may see splash ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, feed ads, banner ads, or other ad formats while using the app, depending on what is displayed in the app.
- Ads may be provided by third-party advertising platforms and may redirect you to third-party pages, app stores, or external services.
- Ad content is provided by advertisers or advertising platforms and does not necessarily represent our views, recommendations, or endorsement.
- You should use your own judgment when evaluating ad content, third-party goods, services, links, or activities.
- You may not interfere with ad display, ad measurement, or the normal operation of advertising services through cracking, blocking, tampering, automated clicks, false impressions, device simulation, traffic manipulation, or other fraudulent methods.
8. Content and Viewing License
Videos, short dramas, images, text, audio, subtitles, cover art, posters, interfaces, trademarks, logos, software, code, recommendation results, and other materials in the app are owned by us or by relevant rights holders, or are used by us under lawful authorization.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view service content through the app.
This license is for personal, non-commercial use only and does not transfer ownership of any content, software, or intellectual property rights to you.
9. Restrictions on Content Use
Without our or the relevant rights holder's express written permission, you may not:
- Copy, record, capture, download, cache, repost, upload, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly transmit service content.
- Adapt, translate, edit, create derivative works from, or commercially use videos, cover art, subtitles, audio, recommendation results, or other content.
- Remove, obscure, or modify watermarks, copyright notices, rights notices, or technical protection measures.
- Use screen recording, packet capture, crawlers, scripts, bots, plug-ins, cheats, or other automated methods to obtain content or data.
- Crack, bypass, or interfere with ad display, playback restrictions, regional restrictions, account restrictions, copyright protection, or security mechanisms.
- Use app content to train models, build databases, develop competing products, conduct commercial promotion, or for any other unauthorized purpose.
If you violate these restrictions, we may stop providing services to you and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
10. Personalized Recommendations
The app may recommend Bible-related short dramas, episodes, films, rankings, activities, or ads based on your watch history, searches, favorites, clicks, dwell time, completion status, skips, interactions, device language, approximate region, and content preferences.
Recommendation results are intended only to improve content discovery. They do not represent our absolute evaluation of any content, faith judgment, or theological endorsement. You may turn off or adjust personalized recommendations in the app settings if this feature is available. If you turn off personalized recommendations, you may still see non-personalized popular content, editorial recommendations, ads, or basic recommendation results.
11. User Content and Feedback
If the app provides comments, ratings, profile photos, nicknames, feedback, reports, customer support, community interactions, or other user submission features, you must ensure that any content you submit:
- Is original to you or properly authorized.
- Does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights.
- Does not contain illegal, violent, pornographic, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, malicious marketing, spam, viruses, malicious code, or other inappropriate content.
- Does not attack, discriminate against, humiliate, or harass users with different religious views, cultural backgrounds, or personal choices.
- Does not mislead others, impersonate others, or falsely suggest an association with or endorsement by us.
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in the content you submit. To provide, display, operate, review, improve, and promote the app, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, copy, display, transmit, reformat, and process your submitted content within the scope of the service.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to review user content. For content that violates these Terms or applicable law, we may remove it, block it, limit its display, suspend features, or terminate the account.
12. No Current Subscriptions or Paid Purchases
The app currently does not offer subscriptions, memberships, paid unlocks, coin top-ups, paid watch passes, or other paid purchase services.
You do not need to pay subscription fees or purchase virtual benefits to use the app's basic viewing service. As part of the free service, the app may display ads.
If we introduce paid features in the future, we will explain the pricing, benefits, refund rules, cancellation rules, and data processing rules through in-app pages, updated Terms, or other reasonable means before launch, and we will obtain any required authorization under applicable law and platform rules.
13. Activities and Non-Cash Rewards
If the app offers check-ins, watch tasks, ad interactions, activity participation, or other non-cash rewards from time to time, the specific rules will be provided on the activity page or in the relevant instructions.
- Rewards may be subject to expiration dates, regional restrictions, account restrictions, usage scope, or other conditions.
- Rewards are not cash and generally may not be withdrawn, transferred, sold, inherited, or exchanged for legal currency.
- If you obtain rewards through cheating, bulk registration, scripts, false interactions, device simulation, or other improper methods, we may revoke the rewards, restrict the account, or terminate the service.
If the app does not currently provide any reward features, this section serves only as general rules for possible future activities and does not mean that we promise to provide such features.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- Attack, scan, hack, disrupt, interfere with, or overload the app, servers, networks, or third-party systems.
- Use bots, crawlers, scripts, cheats, plug-ins, emulator farms, or other automated tools to access, scrape, copy, or extract content.
- Circumvent advertising, playback, regional, account, security, or copyright protection restrictions.
- Upload, transmit, or link to viruses, malicious code, phishing content, spam, or other harmful content.
- Impersonate others, create false identities, falsify authorization, mislead users, or commit fraud.
- Infringe others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, freedom of religious belief, or other lawful rights.
- Harm the lawful rights and interests of us, users, partners, rights holders, or the public in any way.
15. Third-Party Services
The app may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as:
- Apple, Google, or other app distribution, third-party login, system permission, and platform compliance services.
- Cloud services, CDNs, video players, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, advertising, attribution, customer support, and sharing services.
- External websites, activity pages, ad landing pages, or social platforms.
Third-party services are provided independently by the relevant third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, or processing practices of third-party services, except where required by law.
16. Privacy
We value the protection of your personal information. Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information.
17. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Content Removal
You understand and agree that:
- The app and related content may change for copyright, authorization, regional, compliance, technical, operational, or business reasons.
- Certain short dramas, episodes, films, or features may be added, modified, suspended, restricted, removed, or discontinued.
- Maintenance, upgrades, network issues, device issues, third-party service failures, force majeure events, copyright disputes, or regulatory requirements may cause service interruptions or unavailability.
- We do not guarantee that any content, feature, recommendation result, ad display, or playback URL will always be available.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your expectations.
18. Software Updates
We may release app updates from time to time to improve features, fix issues, enhance security, adapt to systems, or meet compliance requirements.
Some updates may be necessary to use the service. If you do not install the latest version, some features may become unavailable, playback may be affected, or security risks may increase.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
- All short dramas, videos, recommendations, subtitles, descriptions, ratings, or other content will always be accurate, complete, lawful, available, or meet your expectations.
- Bible-related short drama content will fully align with any particular Bible translation, denominational interpretation, theological position, or personal faith understanding.
- Any results, suggestions, recommendations, or information obtained through the app will be suitable for your specific purpose.
- Third-party services, ads, links, or external content will always be secure, accurate, or available.
You should use your own judgment regarding the risks of viewing, interacting with, clicking ads, or relying on related content.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Data loss, access interruption, playback failure, content removal, inaccurate recommendations, inaccurate ads, device damage, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
- Losses caused by third-party services, networks, devices, app stores, advertising platforms, or force majeure events.
- Losses caused by your breach of these Terms, improper operation, account disclosure, use of unauthorized tools, clicks on third-party ads, or reliance on third-party content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
21. Breach Handling and Service Termination
If you violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, laws, platform rules, or harm the rights of others, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning, remove content, limit display, or restrict features.
- Suspend playback, limit ad rewards, or revoke activity rewards.
- Restrict login, suspend the account, terminate the account, or refuse to continue providing services.
- Report the matter to rights holders, platforms, regulators, or law enforcement authorities.
- Pursue legal responsibility.
You may stop using the app at any time or request account deletion through the in-app process.
22. Complaints, Reports, and Copyright Notices
If you believe that content in the app infringes your lawful rights, or if you discover illegal, infringing, fraudulent, minor-safety, playback, advertising, or other inappropriate content, you may contact us.
To help us process your request, please provide, where possible:
- Your name or contact information.
- The title, episode, link, screenshot, or other identifying information for the relevant content.
- Proof of rights, authorization documents, or a description of the issue.
- The action you would like us to take.
We will handle valid notices based on applicable law, platform rules, and the circumstances.
23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms will be governed by the laws of the location of the relevant service provider, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the app services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction or another dispute resolution body agreed by both parties.
24. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
- Our failure to immediately exercise a right does not mean that we waive that right.
- You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, restructuring, or other legally permitted circumstances.
